Did you remember all the mayo saga? Well, I kept the recipe of a vegan mayo among the others...it tasted almost as the classic one, if it wasn't for that subtle flavor of soy milk...
- 53 g of unsweetened soy milk
- 2 table spoons of lemon juice
- 2 pinches of salts
- 110 g of sunflower seeds oil
Pour all the ingredients in a tall container. Blend them with an immersion blender, moving from bottom to top for 8-10 seconds. Et voila', your vegan mayo is ready!
