Readers' requests: no-carb salmon rolls

It ended up that I have eventually opened the column “Readers’ requests” :)

If you missed the former episodes, I talked about the no-carb diet and, following a reader’s request, I now post the first of a serie of no-carb recipes.

I really think this is the yummiest and quickest no-carb recipes I have ever made (OK, now I start to feel like Nigella Express :)).

I remind you that, so far, there are no evidences demonstrating the superiority of the no-carb diet in the control of the body weight (scientific discussion here).

Salmon rolls with cream cheese and avocado

(Doses for 5-6 rolls)

  • 150 g of sliced smoked salmon filet

  • 2 table spoons of cream cheese

  • 4-5 tiny slices of avocado pulp

Spread the cream cheese on the filet (if the cheese is too thick, warm it up into the microwave oven for 5-6 seconds to make it softer). Add the avocado slices, roll the salmon up and sliced it into small rolls. Keep the rolls in the fridge till the time to serve.
